		<description>I fully agree: real estate is the only investment you can control and improve with creativity. But it&#039;s also a lot of work. Which makes it a business as well. 
I believe Robert Kiyosaki became rich through real estate. Unfortunately, in France, the real estate taxes are very different from the ones in the US, and it makes it much more difficult to gain money as you have to give away a large part of it to the government. Still, it&#039;s always better than the 1.25% return from the &quot;livre A&quot; !</description>
