Could any of these people have become so rich and successful if they didn’t love their work?

It’s like we always hear and believe we have to have goals to be successful, that we have to have a burning desire for wealth but I don’t think any of these people had any kind of burning desire for wealth. They just loved their work so much they wanted to be the best at it and do a great job.

Unfortunately not too many people have got what it takes to become that successful financially but if we do desire financial success than we have to find that thing that gives us the desire to do an awesome job no matter what. It’s the thing we can do where good enough isn’t enough, we want outstanding, we want excellence because we are so into it.

Having this kind of passion also helps us through the difficulties of being an entrepreneur and temporary financial setbacks. I know that when I’ve had problems with Web sites or drops in their income I just stay focused on improving the site and learning from the situation and don’t put too much importance on the earnings. My goal is just to keep improving our sites/products regardless of temporary ups and downs.
