Making Deals With No Money

I was watching a promotion of Kiyosaki’s latest seminar that’s all about making deals without money.  Most people complain that they can’t make money without money.

He gave an example of how many years ago he and his partners made a deal with the Chinese government for a Gold mine for no money down. In exchange for the mine they had to set the company up and get the Canadian stock market to accept an IPO.

So they got the IPO and as a result funds for the operation through the public offering and the mine eventually produced one of the biggest gold finds in China.
